In order to give our engravers and jewellers sufficient time to prepare your order, all orders will be shipped out within 15-28 working days.

Does my purchase come with a warranty?

If for any reason your piece breaks, we are happy to offer a repair service. Please check our Warranty & Repair (https://anfreyjewellery.com/pages/warranty-repair) page for more details.

What is your return and refund policy?

We hope that you enjoy your shopping with us. We DO NOT accept any returns / refund requests due to unwanted reasons. We always check the product before shipping out. However, If a damaged or defective item is shipped to you, please contact us via email with your order number within 7 days from the day you receive your package for a solution. 

Can I exchange my purchase?

We don’t offer exchange as all piece is being customised according to the size that you have ordered. Customers should measure their size before placing an order. If the piece doesn’t fit your size when you received it, please contact us through email or instagram. We will try our best to help you out.

Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are not able to change / cancel orders as they are being processed immediately.

How long does the production take?

Once you placed an order, it takes around 15-28 working days for our jewellers to have sufficient time to prepare the piece.

How many characters can I engrave on the jewelry?

All orders will be shipped from Hong Kong.

We offer worldwide shipping.

Which shipping courier do you use and how much is the shipping fee?

For Hong Kong, we offer a free door-to-door SF express delivery.

For international shipping, we use Fedex / DHL tracked shipping service. The shipping fee varies on the destination.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email from us containing a tracking number(s) shortly after we have dispatched your order.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Always remember to remove jewellery when you shower, and particularly when on the beach, in the sea and in chlorinated water. Avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto your jewellery.

In order to keep your diamonds sparkly, please use a soft-bristled toothbrush and mild soap on a regular basis and gently pat dry with a jewellery polishing cloth or a soft lint free cloth.

What materials are used to craft the jewellery?

All jewelleries are being crafted in 18K with natural diamonds, pearl and gem stones.
